Judge Cody Beauchamp was running for reelection and wanted a full branding package for his campaign. Knowing there would be a wide variety of touch-points, I wanted to make sure the final identity was bold, simple, and versatile. Because ‘Beauchamp’ is such a long name and sometimes hard to pronounce, I chose to focus on the ‘B’. I incorporated a gavel head in the negative space to further drive the judge aspect of this design, and used red and blue to represent the state of Texas. After being reelected, he transitioned the graphics to work for use in office.
